OUR WHOLE LIVES CONTRACT

This is a contract for OWL participants and their parents to sign.

For the parent:

I will make a good faith effort to get my child to class in a timely manner and will stress to him/her the importance of consistent attendance.

I will make a good faith effort to get to class on time.

I recognize the importance of consistent attendance, both for myself and for the group as a whole.

I will respect my classmates, my teachers, and any guest speakers who visit our class.
