The Young Adults(AKA The Noble Birds) they're a growing group at The First Unitarian Congregation of Ottawa for 18-30-something-year-olds who want to meet and explore spirituality and have fun with other young adults. Their name is taken from the bird statue in their church's meditation garden which has become their symbol. Some of the things they did in the past have included, a Soulful Sundown service(a form of young adult led alternative UU worship), monthly Sunday night potlucks for their members, a picnic/beach day, helping at many church events(mostly kitchen help), and by presenting a summer service entitled "The Passion of The Principles."
