Good Topic & Framework.. Content seems Out-Of-Date

I wish I had more time now to help out more with an update.

• Webmaster? I don't really hear that much anymore. I think its become an obsolete title. Duties are now broken down more and more individuals get involved and take on different sets of roles. Skills, activities and roles exist for design, development, administration, publishing, editing, authoring, file transfer, general viewing, etc.
• List Server email? I know some of these still exist, but I don't think anyone is setting these up anymore.
• I think it would be beneficial to include more on items like site feeds, linking, tagging, comments, embedding, text messaging, and content licensing.
